Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for a skilled System Tool Manager to manage and administer Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) and support cyber operations management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of these systems, ensuring their performance, security, and alignment with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, and configure Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket following best practices.
• Implement plugins, add-ons, and integrations to enhance system functionality.
• Manage users, access controls, and permissions.
• Handle change requests for product upgrades and new features.
• Liaise with Atlassian support for issue tracking and feature requests.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Conduct regular backups and maintain disaster recovery procedures.
• Apply security measures and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Keep systems updated with patches and new versions.
• Provide technical support to users and assist with issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate Atlassian tools into workflows.
• Customize workflows, dashboards, and forms based on business needs.
• Stay informed on new features and improvements in Atlassian products.
• Recommend new tools or configurations to improve productivity.
• Perform other related duties when required.

Requirements for the role 

• University degree in IT
• +4 years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Experience administering Atlassian JIRA and/or Confluence.
• Good understanding of networking and security best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with IT Service Management processes.
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal or Belgium
