Job Summary
Keyrus is looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide first and second-level support for end-user IT assets. This role involves hardware and software support, device imaging and deployment, and incident resolution to ensure smooth IT operations. The specialist will work on-site at headquarters in Brussels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user IT devices.
- Perform equipment testing, configuration, and deployment using Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM).
- Manage hardware staging, inventory updates, and IT asset tracking.
- Oversee the enrollment, setup, and distribution of devices to users.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in coordination with the IT support team.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other desktop applications.
- Support incident management, service requests, and user complaints in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Participate in weekly sprint planning meetings to define tasks and objectives.
Requirements for the role
- 2+ years of experience in IT support with a higher vocational degree, or 4+ years of experience with a secondary educational qualification.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) for device imaging and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS environments, Microsoft Office Suite, and IT hardware.
- Understanding of computer network technology in a Microsoft Windows ecosystem.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Fluent in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal or Belgium.
Good to have
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification.
- ITIL Service Operations Certification or equivalent experience in IT service management.
- Previous experience in an international or military-civilian environment is a plus.
