Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Project Manager & Business Analyst to lead multiple initiatives within a structured enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS R12.2 implementations, particularly in finance, procurement, projects, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project activities to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Lead business scoping and design activities to develop implementable solutions within the Oracle EBS environment.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including Oracle EBS architects, database administrators, functional experts, and developers.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle EBS and organizational procedures, maintaining high-quality standards and thorough documentation.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders and implementation consultants to meet project timelines.
• Engage with other teams, including architecture, cybersecurity, validation and testing, training, and communications.
• Oversee testing and ensure all business stakeholders understand the implications of planned changes.
• Support business areas in updating procedures and staff guidelines.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership.

Requirements for the role 

• Proven experience in Oracle EBS Project Management and Business Analysis at a senior level.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2 implementations, particularly in finance, procurement, and project management.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Implementation Methodologies (OUM/AIM).
• Experience managing large-scale, enterprise-wide Oracle EBS deployments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to deliver high-quality results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams.
• Team-oriented mindset with functional EBS knowledge to drive consensus and resolve challenges diplomatically.
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal/Belgium

Desirable Skills

Experience with multiple Oracle EBS implementations across finance and project accounting.

Knowledge of public sector accounting standards (IPSAS).

Familiarity with Config Snapshot for configuration and setup management.
