Job Summary
Keyrus is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern.
As a TA Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across the full talent lifecycle—including recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations. You will support strategic people initiatives that directly impact our growing organisation and help shape our Talent strategy.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with passionate HR professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop real-world skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.
This position is Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting creation, candidate sourcing (proactive and reactive), CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn search, Boolean search, networking, and alternative talent-mapping methods.
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS – TeamTailor), ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Support employer branding activities through content creation, social media interaction, and participation in events.
- Collaborate with the Internal Communications and Marketing team to promote TA initiatives across internal channels (Teams, Viva Engage, email campaigns).
- Assist in building and nurturing recruitment pipelines for both permanent and freelance positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and align expectations.
- Provide administrative support to the TA and HR Team.
- Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing reports for internal stakeholders.

Requirements for the role
- A strong team player who enjoys collaborating and helping others.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new digital platforms quickly.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- A proactive, self-driven personality—someone who takes initiative and enjoys responsibility.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Tech-savvy, and ideally a fan of AI, with an interest in streamlining and improving HR processes.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, always open to learning and trying new approaches.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English
- Must be Eligible for an IEFP Talent Internship Program
