Job Summary 

We are looking for a Power BI Architect to lead the design and governance of BI solutions across the enterprise. This senior role is responsible for defining best practices, ensuring scalability, and mentoring BI development teams.

This position is Hybrid in Lisbon

Key Responsibilities

• Define BI architecture strategies and implement enterprise-wide Power BI frameworks.
• Design and optimise data models, dashboards, and reports for scalability and performance.
• Establish governance standards and ensure compliance with security and data policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders, aligning BI initiatives with strategic goals.
• Mentor and coach BI developers, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements for the role 

• Minimum 6 years of BI experience, with a strong focus on Power BI architecture.
• Expertise in data modelling, DAX, performance tuning, and governance.
• Knowledge of French is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Portuguese Advanced
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
