Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for a SAP Concur Consultant with experience in travel and expense management solutions. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Concur modules, while ensuring business processes remain efficient, compliant, and scalable. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, independent contributors with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.

This is a hybrid position in Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice modules.
• Translate business requirements into tailored Concur configurations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Integrate SAP Concur with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
• Manage stakeholders, deliver training, and provide end-user support.
• Continuously optimise expense policies and workflows.

Requirements for the role 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur (implementation, configuration, support).
• Strong knowledge of Travel, Expense, and Invoice modules.
• Experience with integration to SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal

Nice to have

• Experience with S/4HANA integration.
• Global rollout and multi-country deployment experience.
• Expertise in expense policy optimisation and audit workflows.
