Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for  a highly skilled Senior SAP VIM Consultant with experience in implementing and supporting Vendor Invoice Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in optimising Accounts Payable processes, integrating VIM with SAP ERP/S/4HANA, and driving efficiency in invoice management.. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, independent contributors with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.

This is a hybrid position in Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP VIM solutions.
• Design and optimise invoice workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Integrate VIM with SAP FI/MM and ERP/S/4HANA systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for VIM-related issues.

Requirements for the role 

• 5+ years of experience in SAP VIM implementation, configuration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and SAP FI/MM integration.
• Proven experience designing and optimising invoice workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenText Extended ECM.
• Knowledge of global/multi-country rollouts.
• Understanding of e-invoicing and tax compliance requirements.
