Job Summary 

Keyrus is seeking a Deployment Consultant with strong DevOps expertise to support our client in deploying their proprietary software platform across multiple projects. The role will involve deployments both internally and at customer sites.

• 📍 Location: Europe-based (with possible local on-site client meetings)
• ✈️ Occasional travel to Germany
• 🕒 Start Date: August / September

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in deployments of the Scalefree software platform
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support rollouts
• Ensure infrastructure and configurations are consistently deployed
• Solve technical problems and troubleshoot deployment issues
• Follow DevOps best practices and maintain high standards of reliability

Requirements for the role 

• Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its core services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.)
• Familiarity with deploying and managing workloads in cloud-native environments
• Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes, preferably Amazon EKS
• Understanding of container lifecycle and best practices in Docker
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure
• Knowledge of Ansible for configuration management and automation
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux systems administration
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages for automation tasks
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions
• Basic understanding of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
