Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for a Business Data Analyst w/ French. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, independent contributors with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.

This position is Hybrid in Porto.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather, analyze, and challenge business needs, organizing and facilitating workshops to align requirements.
• Draft and refine requirements, user stories, and functional documentation to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Contribute to the design of the People Repository, including screen models and user pathways, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define functional solutions for the platform, maintaining close collaboration with IT teams and the project manager to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
• Actively participate in testing phases to validate functionality and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Draft operational procedures and user guides to support platform adoption and effective usage.
• Engage actively in all agile ceremonies and rituals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify and propose optimizations and efficiency gains for processes, tools, and workflows to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements for the role 

• Previous experience as a Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner.
• Experience in a banking or insurance environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clarity, synthesis, and the ability to explain concepts effectively, paired with excellent teamwork abilities.
• Solid knowledge of data-related business processes; familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) is an advantage.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Capability to understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable IT requirements.
• Fluent in French
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
