📋 What You'll Architect

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combining technology, data, intelligence, and human decision-making.

This role is both technical and consultative, perfect for someone who can combine full-stack development, cloud-native engineering, backend API design, and modern software delivery practices. We're looking for professionals who can build scalable products that support enterprise-grade AI and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting AI and data-driven business solutions.

• Build modern frontend applications using React 18 and TypeScript.

• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using FastAPI, Python, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems and data sources through APIs and connectors.

• Work with PostgreSQL, Amazon RDS, and Amazon DynamoDB to support application persistence and performance.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a shared NX monorepo architecture.

• Implement and maintain automated testing, quality controls, and regression testing practices.

• Support CI/CD processes through GitHub Actions, Sonar, Dependabot, and modern DevOps practices.

• Collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Architects, Product teams, and business stakeholders.

• Contribute to technical standards, architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices across projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Software Engineering.

• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.

• Experience working in cloud-native and Agile development environments.

• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Professional proficiency in English.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong experience with: React 18; TypeScript; Node.js; FastAPI; Python

• Experience working with: PostgreSQL; Amazon RDS; Amazon DynamoDB; Alembic

• Knowledge of:

  • REST API design

  • Backend architecture

  • Data integration patterns

  • Scalable application design

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
