🎯 The Role

As a Data Analyst, you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, helping transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support business, compliance, and operational decision-making.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and contribute to data-driven initiatives that improve reporting, controls, and business performance.

📍 Job location: Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid)

⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)
💵 Compensation: €35,000 – €45,000/year

💥 Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into data workflows and reporting solutions.

• Develop Dataiku workflows and reconciliation processes.

• Create impactful Power BI dashboards and visualizations.

• Monitor data quality and perform validation activities.

• Generate actionable insights to support decision-making.

• Support compliance, controls, and operational reporting initiatives.

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.

• Dataiku DSS experience.

• Strong Power BI skills.

• Advanced SQL knowledge.

• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Fluency in English.

• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal.

Nice-to-haves

• Python.

• Banking or Financial Services experience.

• Data Governance exposure.

• Regulatory reporting knowledge.

• French language skills.

• Alteryx or similar workflow automation tools.

At Keyrus, salary ranges reflect different levels of mastery and impact within the same role — not different job titles.

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
