🎯 The Role

As a Data Consultant (SSIS), you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, helping our clients to transform data into reliable, actionable insights.

You will be involved in the development and optimisation of data integration processes, collaborating closely with business and IT teams to drive performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.

📍 Job location: Lisbon, Portugal – Sete Rios (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)
🕒 Contract type: Permanent
🗓 Target start date: May 2026
⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)
💵 Compensation: 25k to 32k gross per year.

💥 Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain data integration processes using Microsoft technologies

• Build, optimise, and monitor ETL pipelines

• Analyse and process data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand data needs and requirements

• Contribute to high-quality data solutions that support business decision-making

• Support clients in their data and digital transformation journeys and continuously improve how data is used to inform decisions and create value

⚡ What Makes This Role Challenging

• You will interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Data / BI roles

• Hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server

• Solid experience with ETL processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and team spirit

• Fluency in Portuguese and English

• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the insurance or financial sector

• Experience with data modeling

  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
