🎯 The Role

As a Business Data Analytics - SQL & Power BI, you will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, helping our clients turn complexity into clarity and insights into impact.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and contribute to projects that drive performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.

📍 Job location: Carnaxide, Lisbon - Hybrid model
🕒 Contract type: Fixed-term
🗓 Target start date: ASAP
⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)
💵 Compensation: Between 30k to 40k gross per year

💥 Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to the Business Data Analytics team, supporting the delivery of data-driven solutions across multiple ongoing projects

• Develop and maintain analytical solutions and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and DAX to support business decision-making

• Translate business needs into data insights and analytical outputs that create real impact for stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with business teams, participating in meetings to understand requirements and provide analytical support

• Work alongside senior team members while demonstrating autonomy and ownership in project execution

• Contribute to data-driven initiatives within the healthcare sector, supporting continuous improvement and better use of data

• You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong prioritisation and organisation skills

• The role involves close interaction with business stakeholders, requiring both technical expertise and communication skills

• You will operate in the healthcare sector, which involves specific regulatory, operational, and data considerations

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field

• 3+ years of professional experience working with SQL (intermediate to advanced level)

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI and DAX (intermediate to advanced level)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate business needs into analytical solutions

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the Portuguese market

• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

• Fluency in English

• Fluency in Portuguese

• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in the healthcare sector

• Experience managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously

• Previous experience in similar Data & Analytics consulting or analytics roles

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
