Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for a Data Analyst to support the transformation of business processes through data, analytics, and artificial intelligence.
This position plays a key role in driving business development, customer experience improvement, and operational efficiency, including the enhancement of control frameworks.

The Data Analyst will contribute to the industrialisation of analytical models and support process and journey optimisation through data-driven insights.

This position is Hybrid in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders

• Support business decision-making by delivering reliable, data-driven insights

• Use Alteryx for data preparation, blending, analysis, and automation

• Collaborate with business and operational teams to support process transformation initiatives

• Contribute to improving efficiency, controls, and customer experience within payment and cash management activities

Requirements for the role 

• At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis

• Strong analytical and statistical capabilities

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel

• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI

• Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation, analysis, and automation

• Good understanding of global banking operations, particularly payments and cash management processes

• Fluent in English

• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
