Job Summary: 

Keyrus is looking for a Senior SAP Master Data Leader to oversee and govern master data management processes across the enterprise. This role will ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and availability across key business functions in the SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will lead data governance initiatives, coordinate IT and business teams, and define strategies for sustainable data management aligned with business objectives. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, independent contributors with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.

This position is Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement data governance policies, processes, and workflows in SAP.
• Oversee creation, modification, and validation of master data across domains.
• Ensure data quality by eliminating duplicates, correcting inconsistencies, and monitoring compliance.
• Lead and mentor the Master Data Management (MDM) team.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align data governance with corporate strategy.
• Support SAP implementation and enhancement projects, particularly in Master Data Governance (MDG) modules.
• Establish controls, reporting, and audit mechanisms for master data lifecycle management.

Requirements for the role: 

• 5+ years of experience managing master data in SAP environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP MDG and related data governance frameworks.
• Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and finance processes.
• Proven track record in project and team leadership.
• Strong communication skills to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in data quality, data governance, and information security.
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal

Nice to Have:

• Experience in multi-entity or multi-country SAP environments.
• Familiarity with data migration and data integration tools.
• Certification in SAP MDG or SAP Data Management.
