Job Summary
Keyrus is looking for a professional to support the NCI Agency’s Cloud Operations Center in modernising IT services through public cloud adoption. The role focuses on IT service management (ITSM), reporting, financial operations for cloud environments, and change management. transform possibilities into reality.

Key Responsibilities
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes
- Ensure adherence to ITSM best practices
- Document and support service delivery processes
- Develop and maintain operational and financial dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
- Report on system performance, incident trends, and expenditures
- Define and track service KPIs
- Monitor and manage costs across AWS and Azure platforms
- Track cloud resource usage and cost allocation
- Collaborate with engineering and finance teams for cost optimisation
- Assist with cloud budget planning and forecasting
- Manage vendor invoices and reconciliation
- Support contract governance and financial compliance
- Support IT service changes and implementation monitoring
- Define change methods, schedules, and effort estimates
- Provide regular status updates to management
- Participate in daily meetings and sprint planning
- Provide sprint updates and contribute to retrospectives
- Work within Brussels time zone hours
Requirements for the role
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with ITSM processes
- Proficient with dashboard and reporting tools (Power BI, ServiceNow)
- Experience with public cloud financial operations (AWS and/or Azure)
- Familiarity with cloud cost management and budgeting tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Effective communicator with strong team collaboration skills
- Ability to share knowledge clearly and constructively
- Fluent in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen
