Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for a Strategic Consultant – CSB Governance & Advisory to support the development and alignment of governance, strategic direction, and program-level planning for the CSB (Cloud Steering Body). The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape strategic outcomes and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the CSB governance framework and strategic roadmap
• Align terms of reference (ToRs) and RACI charts across participating teams
• Shape and position CSB Board messaging for the Executive Management Board (EMB)
• Review strategic materials to ensure alignment with broader organisational objectives
• Identify potential challenges and support the resolution of strategic and operational issues
• Advise on CTO and CCOE resource planning activities
• Support the ramp-up of the Cloud Portfolio, including design and resource forecasting
• Work within Agile, sprint-based delivery cycles with clear deliverables and KPIs

Requirements for the role 

• Demonstrated strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build consensus across diverse teams
• Deep understanding of governance tools, including ToR and RACI frameworks
• Ability to anticipate and proactively address risks or challenges
• Experience working in multidisciplinary and matrixed team environments
• Background in programme or delivery management
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
