Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for an E-Invoicing Business Analyst who will be responsible for functional design, implementation, maintenance, and support of invoice processing platforms and related processes within the client. This role will play a critical part in Electronic Reform Projects, particularly in compliance with French and Belgian tax reforms on electronic invoicing and e-reporting.

This position is Hybrid in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional analysis and process design for invoice issuance and reception in electronic formats, ensuring alignment with the organization's Source to Pay Core Model.
• Monitor and control invoice reception flows while supporting suppliers’ transition to dematerialized electronic invoicing.
• Identify and manage interdependencies between different application implementation activities and perform necessary planning follow-ups with IT development teams.
• Define test scenarios, execute tests, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business key users.
• Provide functional support to business lines for tool utilization, including producing technical/functional documentation and conducting training sessions for end-users.
• Perform application assessments and requirement gathering, liaising with internal clients to collect operational needs and propose the most suitable functional solutions for invoice reception and integration, while complying with legal, business, and the organization's Core Model requirements.

Requirements for the role 

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of dematerialization tools and electronic invoicing reform-associated applications.
• Experience with Kofax Total Agility, Readsoft Process Director for Accounts Payable, and SAP modules for invoice processing.
• Understanding of project management methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Fluent in French
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
