Job Summary 

Keyrus is seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong experience in MicroStrategy to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs, analyse complex data sets, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. You will work on developing and maintaining data warehouses, dashboards, and visualizations, ensuring data consistency and quality across various reporting platforms.

This position is remote. Although the candidate needs to be based in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable data insights and reports.
• Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and key business insights.
• Build and maintain semantic layers in MicroStrategy to ensure consistency in reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI and MicroStrategy to support decision-making.
• Design data models that align with business needs while optimizing performance.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues through validation and cleaning techniques.
• Conduct advanced data analysis, including trend analysis, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and insights to support operational improvements.
• Create clear and effective data visualizations to communicate complex insights.

Requirements for the role 

• BSc in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with expertise in MicroStrategy and BI solutions.
• Experience developing dashboards in Power BI and MicroStrategy.
• Knowledge in SQL.
• Familiarity with QlikView is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in agile methodologies and guiding business teams through data workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts for different stakeholders.
• Fluent in French
• Fluent in English
