Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for an Project Manager. The ideal candidate embodies technical prowess in Public and International Projects, coupled with a fervent commitment to making every piece of data matter. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring integration of internal and external services.
• Provide regular status updates and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Organize and document meetings, supporting all project dimensions.
• Strengthen project governance through structured oversight and communication.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including realistic plans and timelines.
• Oversee system implementation while managing resources, costs, and quality.
• Track progress, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating as needed.
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation, addressing deviations.
• Ensure supplier compliance and resolve contract-related risks.
• Support cost estimation and resource planning for future initiatives.

Requirements for the role 

• 9+ years in Project Management
• Managed end-to-end projects, including:
  • COTS software deployments
  • Incremental software delivery
  • ICT infrastructure deployment
  • Service integration with external parties

• 5+ years of experience in an international environment and/or EU institutions
• 5+ years of experience in a highly regulated public or government setting
• Proficiency with standard project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
• Strong understanding of planning and estimation techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint for timelines and visuals
• A recognized Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or PM2 – Intermediate or higher)
• Experience with a structured approach to software integration projects, including:
  • System integrations
  • Service integration with third parties
  • Enterprise service bus integration
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work Onsite in Hague - Netherlands

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of public IT procurement, EU tendering, and contract management
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies
• Understanding of infrastructure technologies (virtual infrastructure, containers, connectivity)
