Job Summary
Keyrus is seeking a hands-on IT Support professional to provide comprehensive technical assistance across all IT subjects. The ideal candidate will have a strong Microsoft background, including expertise in SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage, along with experience in data quality management within Sales, CRM and Workforce platforms.
- This position is a Hybrid-Lisbon position when required.
- Target start date: 19th May

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to employees in Portugal, the UK and Spain via email, Teams and ticketing systems (Zoho Desk), ensuring timely resolution of IT support tickets.
- Provide hands-on local PC support, troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Manage IT and office asset inventory, ensuring accurate registration in the database.
- Install, configure, and update software, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage licenses, system updates and IT equipment purchases, maintaining accurate records.
- Support remote troubleshooting for Internet, cloud applications, Citrix apps, printers, VPN and PC issues using tools like Simple Help, Endpoint Manager/Xcitium and AnyDesk.
- Maintain clear technical documentation in SharePoint for team accessibility.
- Perform infrastructure backups, ensuring data integrity and recovery readiness.
- Keep employees informed on the status of their IT requests and issues, providing proactive and transparent updates.
- Ensure high-quality information is maintained in Sales, CRM and Workforce platforms (Whoz, Salesforce or similar tools).
- Challenge and support the Sales team in maintaining accurate and reliable data within the platforms.
- Potential to manage the Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsibilities for Portugal, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Apply ITIL best practices for IT service management.
Requirements for the role
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, PC troubleshooting and IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience managing IT tickets and providing local PC support.
- Familiarity with networking, VPN (CATO), software installation and hardware setup.
- Experience with remote support tools such as Simple Help, Endpoint Manager/Xcitium and AnyDesk.
- Ability to track and manage IT assets, including maintaining an up-to-date inventory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Able to provide clear communication.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer support.
- ITIL certification is good to have.
- Microsoft Certification is a plus, such as MCP, MCSA, and/or MCSE.
- French and/or Spanish language skills are a differential.
- Fluent in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
