Job Summary 

Keyrus is seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong experience in MicroStrategy to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs, analyze complex data sets, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. You will work on developing and maintaining data warehouses, dashboards, and visualizations, ensuring data consistency and quality across various reporting platforms.

This position is remote. Although the candidate needs to be based in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business teams and translate them into actionable data insights.
• Analyze complex data sets and provide recommendations for decision-making.
• Design and implement data warehouses for efficient and scalable data storage and retrieval.
• Develop ETL pipelines (using tools like Talend) to integrate data into the warehouse.
• Build semantic layers in MicroStrategy for effective reporting and ensure data consistency.
• Create and maintain Power BI, MicroStrategy, and QlikView dashboards to support business decisions.
• Design data models that align with business goals and optimize performance.
• Resolve data quality issues through validation and cleaning techniques.
• Conduct advanced data analysis (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection).
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to drive operational improvements.
• Design and create clear, effective data visualizations for complex insights.

Requirements for the role 

• BSc in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with expertise in MicroStrategy and BI solutions.
• Proficiency in ETL tools (Talend is a plus).
• Experience with Power BI and MicroStrategy dashboard development.
• Familiarity with QlikView is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and guiding business teams through workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
• Conversational in French
• Fluent in English
