Job Summary 

As a Data Engineer you will design, develop, and manage data systems to ensure integrity, accessibility, and high performance. Working with tools like MicroStrategy, EBX, and Talend, you'll create scalable data solutions and integrate data across systems. You will also explore AI integration opportunities to drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage data architectures for efficient data processing and storage.
• Integrate and transform data from various sources using tools like MicroStrategy, EBX, and Talend.
• Optimize the performance of data pipelines and systems to meet business needs and reduce costs.
• Explore AI opportunities to enhance data processes and analytics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data engineering and AI.

Requirements for the role 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• +3 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency with EBX, Talend, and ETL processes.
• Experience in data modelling, architecture, and working with data warehouses or Big Data solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Clear communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in multicultural and collaborative environments.
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
