Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for a Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate embodies technical prowess in Data Vault 2.0, data modeling, and data warehouse automation, coupled with a fervent commitment to making every piece of data matter. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, independent contributors with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.

This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Data Vault 2.0 data models for large-scale data platforms.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using WhereScape, dbt, and other automation tools.
• Work with Snowflake, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server to build scalable data solutions.
• Lead data migration projects and integrate diverse data sources.
• Provide strategic consulting on data architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Implement real-time data processing solutions using Kafka and cloud technologies.
• Conduct internal and external training and coaching on BI tools and methodologies.

Requirements for the role 

• 5+ years of proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Architecture.
• Expertise in Data Vault 2.0 and data warehouse automation.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT tools (WhereScape 3D/RED, dbt, or Pentaho)
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
• Experience in data governance, GDPR compliance, and data privacy policies.
• Certified Data Vault 2.0 Practitioner (CDVP2) or equivalent expertise is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Must be a Portuguese/European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal.
