We are seeking a hands-on team member for our CRM Systems team for supporting the implementation of Salesforce as the central CRM Solution for all European markets and support in keeping Siebel running until it has phased out.
How the day by day looks like in this job?
Salesforce Implementation – Phase 1 “Use Case refinement & specification”
- Understand the data entry points & sources for user stories
- Support and take of part of coordinating and specifying user stories in close alignment with IT department and external implementation agency
- Maintain & manage overview of all user stories from business team & provide adequate updates / information / consultancy to CRM System team for decision-making & prioritization thereof
- Proactively raise obstacles, pending decisions, challenges to CRM Systems team
- Create regular and ad-hoc reporting and user story statuses, implementation planning
- Support IT team in data quality initiatives as preparation for the future data migration
Salesforce Implementation – Phase 2 “(staggered) Implementation & Migration”
- Continuously report on internal development performance, quality and velocity, to ensure highest efficiency of development cycles
- Coordinate the development queue and ensure all backlog items are reviewed and correctly estimated and prioritized, also on ad hoc basis.
- Create and retrieve BI reports upon request for KPIs in and around the European CRM Platform project and status
- Create bespoke communication material for our stakeholders (local subsidiaries, dealerships)
- Create dedicated executive management reports & Powerpoint presentations (based on existing template)
- Be main lead in end-to-end (UAT-) testing across user stories and act as supporting hands for linked stakeholders
- Coordinate CRM related tickets and ensure swift resolution in case of bugs and small change requests
For this specific job we need people with:
- In-depth experience and highly advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM, Certification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in UAT testing and troubleshooting
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management
- Advanced understanding of IT matters and agile working
- Familiar with CRM System-specific terminologies
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, Jira, Confluence
- Familiar with ticketing systems, such as Service Now
- Wider skillset across other non-Salesforce but CRM Platforms desired
- Fluent in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
