Within the software engineering team, you'll be engaged in the migration project from Oracle E-Business Suite to SAP, to reinforce its delivery and support capabilities on Oracle ERP EBS 12.1.3. As a Functional Consultant with 70% Functional and 30% Technical responsibilities, you will be the expert on the accounting modules.

This position is fully remote.

How the day by day looks like in this job?

• You'll be involved in level 2 support: helping users during closings, assisting with financial processes, solving problems by liaising with Oracle support.
• As an expert in the Oracle E-Business Suite module, you will support the development of the financial applications, in an international context.
• Work with technical teams to monitor developments.
  
• You will analyze project requirements, design and configure the ERP.
• Together with our teams of architects and software engineers, you will ensure that your solution complies with company standards and is consistent with the roadmap.
• You will create test scenarios and assist users during the testing phase.
• You will be a driving force behind technical innovations, contributing to team cohesion.
• In liaison with end-users, analyze needs or problems and translate them into  financial workflow, set-ups or technical specifications such as
  • ERP parameterization
  • Set-up of new companies
  • Tax audits
  • ITGC audit
  • level 2 user support

For this specific job we need people with:

• Experience with Oracle and Oracle Application, 
• Expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3
• Knowledge of accounting concepts (Account Payable, Account Receivables, General Ledger, Amortization)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• French speaker (highly valued)
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or having a work permit for Portugal
