ISR - Inside Sales Representative

The Role:
The role of the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be to aid the sales team with new business sales activities and marketing initiatives in order to help drive the continued expansion of Keyrus.
Targeting predominately financial services, but also utilities, logistics and retail / eCommerce companies, the ISR will be tasked with various responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Building new relationships with clients through targeted sales approaches.
- Cold calling, gaining referrals and introductions to increase the lead generation pipeline.
- Scoping, qualifying and setting up new client meetings for the field sales members of staff.
- Assist with attendance generation for marketing activities such as Webinars, campaigns, seminars, industry events etc.
- Assist in promoting Keyrus' services and partner solutions to drive brand recognition and increase sales opportunities.
- Shadowing and assisting senior sales staff on creation of proposals, statements of work and technology license quotes.
- CRM management and cleansing.
What we're looking for in our applicants:
- Previous experience in a telemarketing role is desirable, with B2B experience an advantage.
- Possess an excellent telephone manner, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Goal oriented individual.
- Organised, excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task with shifting priorities.
- Experience with use of customer relationship management databases (Salesforce) a plus
- Fluent in English and French is mandatory
- Fluency in Dutch will be great also
- MS Office knowledge including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
