Our business is growing rapidly in Europe, and we are looking for skilled professionals in Data Integration. The ideal candidate will be an experienced ETL Developer with working knowledge of project environment and able to work alongside internal and external providers in an international context. 

Main Tasks 

• Design the ETL pipelines (source to target mapping, calculations, aggregations, etc.).
• Work with business stakeholders to identify what data models need to be created.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand the different data sources, their interactions, and how to build data models that incorporate data from multiple systems in an efficient and accurate way.
• Communicate on a regular basis to our stakeholders to increase data product awareness & usage
• Strive continuously to reduce business as usual & keeping the lights on efforts through data innovation & automation...
• Work in a young & dynamic team of analysts & engineers, operating in a self- organizing agile at company scale context and within a large internal & external data ecosystem

We are looking for

a passionate, motivated, proactive, eager to learn data enthusiast that says what’s what, works better together, can set things in motion and who is at his/her best in a very challenging, innovative, flexible & dynamic company and Telecom industry, having:

• 3+ years of experience in a Data or Software Engineer role
• Ideally attained a graduate or master’s degree in computer science, informatics, information systems, statistics or another analytical oriented education.
• Experience in
  • Designing, building, testing and optimizing data pipelines in a Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence / Data Mart ... context
  • ETL processes & tools (DBT, Microsoft Data Factory)
  • Cloud Environments (Snowflake, Microsoft Azure)
  • Excellence in SQL
• Working knowledge of below subjects is a plus:
  • Methodologies as Agile Scrum, DevOps, ...
    
  • BI tools (Qlik Sense)
  • Kafka, NiFi, Python, Java, Scala, ...
• The right ethical mindset with regards to data privacy, security & governance
• Fluent in English. Dutch, French or Portuguese is also a plus
